[b][u]Personal Information:[/u][/b] age: 11 (12 in a few months) Time zone:  +0 (UK) [u]Do you have a working mic?: [/u] yes [u][b]General Questions: [/b][/u] [u]Why should we pick you over other applicants?: [/u] I would like to help the server grow and make it a better place and I am friends with Daniel (Head of Staff) and Price (Head Admin) [u]What are your key set of skills (explain in best detail)?: [/u] getting banned on rival servers (Regal is shit) I'm active on the server and discord and after becoming staff I will be active on the forums friendly if you're nice to me [u]What would you do if someone is trolling (explain in steps and minimum of 2 paragraphs)?: [/u]  Firstly, I would take them to an admin sit and bring any witnesses/victims I would ask them some questions and ask if they had any intent to roleplay then if it turned out they were actually trolling, I would warn/ban (depending on the seriousness of the situation) them and tell them (if they weren't already banned) if they do it again they will be banned. If they did it again, I would bring all witnesses/victims and talk to them and ask questions and decide on a fair ban length (30 mins-forever). This would make everyone be happy again (apart from the person who got banned of course because that's the whole point of a punishment) and give the person who got banned time to think about if it was worth it or not. If when they come back and they continue I would be way more harsh with the ban (1 week-forever) and if after they carry on it would be an even worse ban (12 weeks-forever) and would progressively the ban would get worse the more times they carry on. [u]If someone was posting racist or hateful comments what would you do(minimum of 1 paragraphs):?[/u] Instant perma for racism and a ban/warn for hateful comments. [u]How do you deal with a RDM or NLR sit (minimum of 2 paragraphs):?[/u] If some one is RDMing/breaking NLR I would take them to an sit and ask the RDMer if they killed these people and then check the logs. If found guilty I would ban/warn them (1 hour-forever depending on how many people were killed/affected and what they were currently doing). If they did it again for RDM would be a longer ban/perma ban and for NLR another warn/ban. [u]Do you have any warnings on the server?
