What would you do if someone is trolling (explain in steps and minimum of 4 paragraphs)?:   First of all i would take them to a place to talk about what they are doing. I would ask them any reasons they are doing these things and if they have any intent to roleplay. Then i would give out a warning and tell them if they continue they will be banned. I would also, speak to the people involved and change the punishment depending on the seriousness of the situation. I would then have the person who was trolling and the person who  reported it to speak i would make sure they would not hold anything against each other and let them make an agreement to put these things behind them.  Then if there was a repeat =16.8pxoccurrence i would talk to the person about how serious these events are ant whether the server is right for them. Then i would if they agreed to stop i would make the people that were involved speak and would discus a fair punishment (min 1 hour- max 2 weeks) . This would then make everyone happy but still give people time to reflect on whether the trolling was worth the ban overall making them come back as a better person.  Then if  this repeated to happen each time the punishment would get worst with like last time the people that were involved discussing the punishment for the 3rd time it would be between min 1 week max 3 weeks for the 4th min 2 weeks max 2 months 5th min 1 month max perma then for anymore times it would be over 2 months.  someone was posting racist or hateful comments what would you do(minimum of 3 paragraphs):? I would firstly take them a side to speak to them the serious of what they are doing explaining to them how  offensive it is and disrespectful it is.  Then i would warn them and tell them to stop and calm down then tell them to apologize. Then if a repeat occurrences i would jail them for 10 mins tell them again how bad this is and then give them a warning and depending on how bad I would maybe kick them or ban them . Then tell them to apologize and make sure they will get punished in the correct =16.8pxway. Then final if caught doing so again they will receive a ban depending on how bad from 5 hours to 2 weeks . Then when they come back i would speak to them about whether this is the right place for them and if so let them go. However, is caught again the ban would keep increasing.  This would then make it so that they could still play on the server after a while but would be punished and maybe make them think more about what they are putting. Firstly, I would ask the reason the person was killed to see if it was valid then explain=16.8px the rules to the people involved . Then if the reason was valid for killing the person i would end the sit. If not I would judge how serious the situation was with how many times the nlr or rdm had been broken. Then judge the punishment based on that most likely being a warn. Then if this wad a repeat event of theses rules being broken i would explain to the people involved how important these rules are to the server . Then judge the seriousness of the situation and this time the punishment would most likely be a 10 min jail but if really bad then maybe even a bad. Also, during the sits i would make sure that it was controlled and not just a lot of screaming and make sure everyone new what was happening and what they should do instead of what they did . This would cause people to think and know what to do in these situations so they will not happen again. Then finally, after the sit i would spectate the people for the next couple of minutes then return to my duties and then speak to them and people on the server to check they have not been doing anything else and make sure they have learnt from it.
